A small and “uncommon” [Bauer & Sadlier] species found in the south of the island beneath rocks on the forest floor. Scalation details: supranasals absent; prefrontals small and widely separated; mental scale contacts only 1st sublabial; body scales moderately, smooth, in 22 rows at midbody and 76-80 paravertebral scale rows. Coloration: mid- to dark brown with fine dark longitudinal markings above; lighter laterally; ventrally pale regular fine dark markings. Reproduction: no details available.
