Periodical Index - Prehistoric Reptiles & Amphibians

A guide to articles on prehistorical species and fossils appearing in herpetogical periodicals over the past few years

This index is of necessity rather slim, since most herpetological magazines, at least the popular ones, concentrate on living reptiles and amphibians by the very nature of terrarium keeping. However, occasional articles do appear on dinosaurs or the discovery of fossil reptiles and amphibians. Anyone seriously interested in the subject is advised to find periodicals and magazines which focus more on this aspect, which by its nature tends to be more couched in technical scientific terms belonging to the field of palaentology.
