Genus DIXONIUS - Thai (?) Geckos

A small and very recently (1997) described genus of two Thai species. Both were formerly considered members of the Phyllodactylus genus, and may still be listed under that heading.

D. melanostictus ? Thailand (one locality only) ?" Please see the EMBL Reptile Database entry for the escalation of this species and its relative into their own genus. So far I have been unable to trace any more information on either.
D. siamensis Thai (?) Gecko SE Asia, from India to Vietnam (Malaysia unknown) ?" Species first identified in 1997 (EMBL Reptile Database). Care possibly as for D. melanostictus.
